Kitchen program to assist hopeful, Watsonville small-business owners

Aspiring entrepreneurs longing to start a food business can get a head start with a project announced late last month by El Pajaro Community Development Corporation. The project, dubbed the Commercial Kitchen Incubator, will offer 10 fully equipped workstations in 8,000 square-feet of space in a large food preparation space that has variously been a bakery and a tofu factory.
