Programs & Projects

El Pájaro CDC promotes equal access to economic opportunity.  Micro-enterprise and small business development contributes to our local economy by providing new jobs, tax revenue and making more goods and services available.  In order to support for small business development we offer low-cost and free bi-lingual, bi-cultural business education and consulting services to new and existing businesses through our Technical Assistance and Training Program.  We engage the community in supporting micro-enterprise and small business development by forming collaborative programs and projects that include government agencies, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations.  We provide business education and technical assistance to small business farmers and rural business owners.  Click on the links to the left to find out how each of these projects helps to promote equal access to economic opportunity.
