Rai$ing Change

El Pájaro CDC believes in capacity building and leadership development.  The Raising Change Project is one way that we can expand our services and service model to other communities.  The City of Greenfield, California is in the process of forming its own Community Development Corporation.  El Pájaro CDC acts as consultant to the City of Greenfield as they build their CDC programs and services and decide how to serve their low-income, Spanish-speaking community.
