Rebecca has coordinated the daily life of El Pájaro CDC for more than five years. Fluent in Spanish and English, Rebecca is responsible for both the daily operations of the CDC and on-going management of Plaza Vigil. Rebecca is also in charge of managing the Kalich Building, a residential and commercial site located across the parking lot from Plaza Vigil.
